Our client is a globally renowned Engineering business who are a market leader within the engineering sector and are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager on a permanent basis, based in Sheffield with the requirement for UK & international travel.

The successful candidate will drive company growth through the implementation and invigoration of sales, marketing and business development opportunities within the UK and beyond.

Sales and Marketing Manager roles and responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and implement a strategic marketing plan.
• Identify and prioritise key sales opportunities, leading the development of comprehensive action plans to build a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Discover new product opportunities.
• Identification of key accounts, prioritise and execute through sales teams as appropriate within the target market.
• Ensure new product development results in the launch of solutions that meet our customers’ needs.
• Manage and maintain a diverse range of external and internal stakeholder relationships to create business and product development opportunities.

The ideal Sales and Marketing Manager:

• Demonstrable track record of success within Marketing, Business Development and Sales.
• Proven engineering knowledge & experience.
• Leadership of direct and indirect reports, across country boundaries.
• Excellent computer skills including development and deployment of high-quality power point presentation.
• Broad business experience in multi-cultural environment.
• Driver licence and readiness to travel for business (within the UK and abroad as required).
