• Implement quality control procedures and foster an engaged, well-structured research team.
• Lead the Market Research Team daily, providing inspiration, clarity, and direction.
• Organise skills development and recruitment, ensuring team proficiency in critical areas.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a technical or numeric discipline; post-graduate study preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in research, strategy, management, or business development.
• Project and team management skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence in engaging face-to-face.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
