Immigration Enforcement is responsible for enforcing the government’s immigration laws, tackling illegal migration, removing foreign national offenders and immigration offenders from the UK. The Operational Capabilities Command (OCC) is a directorate within Enforcement, Compliance & Crime (ECC). Our mission is to ensure that operational colleagues have the skills, capabilities, tools and infrastructure which are modern, environmentally sustainable, fit for purpose and allows staff to maximise their operational effectiveness.

We will act as agents of change, to provide the innovation, service and thought leadership that is needed so that Enforcement, Compliance & Crime (ECC) runs well as a command now and transforms further to meet the demands and opportunities of the future.
As one of 2 Grade 6’s for TASU you will be expected to work closely with the other TASU G6 to deliver training for front line staff. You will be responsible for two Grade 7's who will lead on the areas of Crime and Enforcement training and Public and Personal Safety Training (PPST).
This is a demanding post, and you will need to deliver to a stretching timetable for 10PP, IMA & BAU training to ensure we can deliver for the business. Part of the role will be to support staff through change and to evaluate processes to assess need for further change during the course of the pilot.
Please note that there will be travel, particularly to Croydon and Leeds with an expectation to be flexible to work as part of a wider team.
You will also be encouraged to work closely with the other G6's within the OCC supporting where necessary.
