We never stop growing! Real Estate Broker Manager positions are available in both our Scarborough and Whitby location. We’re looking for a highly-driven full-time real estate managing broker to lead our top-performing team. You’ll recruit new agents to grow your real estate brokerage, create training materials to develop high-producing agents, and oversee operations to ensure company success. The ideal candidate is a real estate professional who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of building successful real estate teams. Responsibilities: - Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team- Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers- Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales- Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law- Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards Qualifications: - Excellent customer service and communication skills- Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage- 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent- Must have a managing broker’s license- The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents About Century 21 Leading Edge Join the #1 Century 21 Real Estate firm* in Canada for 11 consecutive years!
