Residential Property Lawyer - Cambridge


An opportunity has come up for an experienced residential property lawyer to join a firm in the Cambridge area.


This firm have a first rate reputation for residential conveyancing throughout the Cambridgeshire area. They have a very strong pipeline of residential conveyancing work and expect this to continue long term and as a result they are looking to grow the team further.


The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer with experience in dealing with a caseload concerning the wide range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgage matters.


The salary for the role will be based on experience up to around £50k.
