Disability Assessor 
Hybrid Work

No weekends, evenings, or bank holidays!

Permanent Full-time and Part-time  

At Blackfox we are currently searching for Nurses, Paramedics, Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists to join the working teams for one of the UK's largest healthcare providers. 

As a Disability Assessor, you will conduct 3 telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments with patients to assess how mobile, able, and active they are, then create reports with supporting documents from GPs, hospitals, etc. to send to the DWP to aid in their decision making for those who require Personal Independence Payment.

Requirements:

• 1-year post-registration experience as a Nurse, Doctor, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
• Valid NMC, HCPC, or GMC registration.
• Microsoft office skills.
