The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for Products and Solution Launches across the division. This includes creating and executing internal and external marketing plans and campaigns to grow volume, revenues, and profit within identified targeted audiences. He/She works closely with the Product & Technology manager to position the offering along the product or solution lifecycles and develop market messages and content, in line with the global business strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and impactful content for product launches, sales collateral, website, and other marketing channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, including coordination with sales, customer success, and other relevant teams.
- Marketing Collateral: Create and manage the production of marketing collateral, including product datasheets, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Digital Marketing: Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent and effective communication across online channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Public Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners. Manage press releases and PR initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Internal Communication: Ensure effective communication of product updates, launches, and marketing initiatives internally to all relevant stakeholders.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ proven experience in B2B product marketing and communications from technical or industries environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
