Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to facilitate the smooth flow of lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons, ensuring their understanding and engagement.
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with students, addressing their individual needs and helping them build confidence.
• Support students' social interactions and emotional well-being during break times and group activities.
• Assist with classroom management, behavior support, and maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Help with record-keeping and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
• A relevant educational qualification or training is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to working with children.
• Enthusiasm for fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive school culture.
