Role: Auction Consultant
Location: Market Harborough/East Midlands
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Auction Consultant to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in driving their online auction platform's success. As an Auction Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding auction leads from both new and existing estate agent customers. If you have a passion for property sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in the industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow the number of auction leads from new and existing estate agent customers.
- Develop and maintain strong agency relationships, conducting meetings with customer stakeholders.
- Onboard new agents and deliver comprehensive pitches/training, both in person and online.
- Liaise with vendors to highlight the benefits of online auctions, aiming to secure instructions.
- Work consultatively with partner agents to drive growth and increase properties sold through online auctions.
- Provide end-to-end support for property transactions, including offer handling, bid monitoring, sales progressions, and issue resolution.
- Offer ad hoc support for marketing and events when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 4 years of property sales experience.
- Experience in auction sales is preferred.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in training and stakeholder management.
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Competent IT skills.
- Own car and driving license preferred.
