Project Manager (Building Services / Construction)

£40,000 - £50,000 + Company Vehicle + Hybrid Working + Potential Bonuses + Autonomy

Hybrid role, office in Thornbury, commutable from Bristol, Newport, Stroud, Gloucester, Cirencester, Chepstow, Chippenham

Are you an Aspiring Project Manager from a Construction or Fit out background seeking the chance to step into an autonomous role, develop your management expertise and become recognised as the go-to expert, and take the technical lead on bespoke projects for a well-respected client base?

There are two key sides to their business, general building services and specialist dental equipment installations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager or experienced tradesperson to take on a high level position, where you will have a direct impact on the company's ongoing success. You will be responsible for effectively running the building arm of the company, quoting for jobs, organising materials and keeping projects running smoothly, in a hands-off, supervisory capacity.

This role would suit a Project Manager looking for a long-term career move, where you will be a valued member of a close-knit team and have full autonomy to deliver projects from cradle to grave.

The Role:

• Project Manager for building services/construction oriented projects
• Leading a team of experts, including supervisors, tradespeople and contractors
• Hybrid/Remote options, with occasional office and client visits

The Candidate:

• Will have experience of Project Management
• Will have an awareness of building regulations
• Could be an experienced tradesperson looking to move away from the tools
