Job description
A leading organisation with a large operational estate is seeking a passionate and results-oriented BMS Operations Supervisor to join their growing Building Management Systems (BMS) team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and sustainable operation of their extensive portfolio of buildings.
Lead the control, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrade of BMS assets.
Maintain optimal environmental conditions across the entire estate.
Maximise energy savings through strategic BMS configuration and plant control.
Design, specify, install, and commission BMS systems for upgrades and new buildings.
Provide technical support and expertise to your team and other departments.
Supervise maintenance technicians, plant operators, and contractors on BMS projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest energy-saving technologies and implement them.
In-depth knowledge and experience with TREND BMS infrastructure.
Proven ability to supervise maintenance teams for at least 5 years.
Excellent communication and written skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Commitment to teamwork, initiative, and customer service.
Industry-standard qualifications like TREND SET tool and/or BCIA.
