Pay: £48,253

NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority, in the East Midlands, who are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their newly established Multi Agency Exploitation team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working within a specialised, multi-agency group dedicated to addressing exploitation experienced by children up to the age of 18.

This role does not involve managing cases, allowing you to conduct your work without the requirement for visits or extended case holding. This reduces pressure and enhances your overall job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop practitioners to deliver sound, systemic practice which achieves positive well-being and safety outcomes for those at risk.
• Aid in the transformation of social work practice and supporting the implementation of risk and safety planning.
• Support the team manager in supervision of ASYE & less experienced social workers.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• A drivers license
• An up to date DBS check
• 3+ years experience within children's services.
