Marketing & Sales Assistant
Up to £30k DOE
Exeter based - full time or part time

We're representing a young, growing business looking to add their next excellent hire to the team supporting the Sales Manager with marketing, sales and aftercare with a key focus on their brand and being an ambassador for the business.
The role:-
Carry out marketing activities in line with the set marketing strategy, thinking creatively about creating fresh, engaging content
Head up the LinkedIn and Insta channels ensuring regular, relevant content is posted and any comments or interactions are engaged with
Come up with video content, work alongside internal and external teams to utilise drones, capturing exciting footage to post across various digital channels, including YouTube and social.
Support the Sales Manager with designing and creating sales collateral, such as presentations, event branding, brochures etc.
Support the Sales Manager with keeping the CRM system up to date with relevant information tracking both prospective and current clients.
Assist with administrative duties relating to marketing, sales and customer care i.e. responding to emails, data inputting, supporting with proposals and other documentation to support the team or client base.
Conduct market research, identify potential prospects and occasionally assist with qualifying leads.
Attend events when required and support the Sales Manager with site visits.
What we're looking for:-
Either experience in Marketing (1-2 years) or a recent graduate looking to kick start their career
Passionate about marketing but also commercially minded and happy to support with sales responsibilities as part of the role
Strong knowledge of social media, especially LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
Experience or interest in creating engaging video content, we're not looking for an experienced videographer but someone with an eye for it and would be excited for it to be part of their role.
Confident, outgoing personality - not afraid to pick up the phone to follow up with a potential client, or help support with customer queries.
A 'muck in' attitude. This is a small but growing team so being there to support your team across each department is an essential part of the role.
