We are a small thriving local business working in the area of life insurance and are looking for an enthusiastic and self driven person to generate face to face appointments for our local adviser either by calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. There can be some flexibility in this role around Term Time. Your primary role will be generating appointments for our local based adviser with potential new and existing customers. We pay £12 per hour this will rise to £14 per hour following the successful completion of 3 month probationary period. .

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to set up meetings.
• Effective use of guide script to highlight product benefits.
• Record information accurately.
• Keep records of calls and outcomes.
• Report and communicate effectively.
• Negotiation and dealing with objections.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Have the ability to handle customer rejections.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems (training will be given).
