Key Objectives of the role
• To supervise the Business Support Officers in the administration and implementation of the new Locality Panel model ensuring timely and appropriate coordination across the three localities
• To supervise the Business Support Officers in the development/streamlining of administration systems and processes to maximise the efficient and effective use of resources
• To supervise the Business Support Officers to integrate and develop processes and systems, and to contribute towards training and developing an efficient and effective wider administration service
• Direct the administrative running of the process to ensure timely completion of all EHCP’s in the 20-week legislative window
