i-teachers are working with a brilliant alternative provision academy based in the Chesterfield area who are looking to find a naturally outgoing, supportive and knowledgeable Graduate Learning Assistant to provide 1:1 & classroom support to students with behavioural needs in a full-time role for the academic year.

Graduate Learning Assistant – Role Information:
- Graduate Learning Assistant – Immediate Start
- Located in Chesterfield (S41)
- Paid £450 per week during term time only
- Full time role – Based in secondary academy
- Remainder of academic year – Usual school working hours
- Providing 1:1 & classroom support to KS3 & KS4 students
- Supporting the academic, social & emotional progression of students
- Helping plan and conduct lessons alongside the class teacher

Graduate Learning Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience working with young people
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Passionate about a career supporting children or adolescents
- Ability to build meaningful rapport with students
