Salary: £10.00

35 hour placement, 9am – 5pm.

1. Carry out daily and deep cleaning of communal areas as directed by the Scheme Management Officer and as detailed in the Scheme Cleaning Specification / Task list.
2. Maintain all work locations, including store rooms in a clean and safe order.
3. Carry out visual building checks and report to the Scheme Management Officer any damage or repairs noted/identified during the course of your work.
4. Observe and adhere to Health and Safety requirements at all times (including COSHH regulations).
5. Attend staff meetings, training, supervisions and appraisals as required.
6. Order, monitor and log cleaning materials.
7. According to the requirements of the scheme, collect, receive and organise washing cycles for residents’ and other scheme laundry in accordance with washing instructions and as directed by the Scheme Management Officer.
8. According to the requirements of the scheme, iron laundry and return to residents within required timescales and as directed by the Scheme Management Officer.
9. Clean all machines and maintain the laundry in a clean and tidy state.
10. Assist the Scheme Management in general office administration/scheme tasks as required.
