CHARGE NURSE / SISTER NURSE

Antrim

£20 per hour 

I am excited to be recruiting in Antrim for a fantastic private facility!

This is a medium-sized facility, offering different care requirements for the residents onsite. 

With a new Nurse Manager in the last year, this facility is thriving, and they are looking for a senior nurse to help assist the managerial team!

If you have:

• Over two years working in similar environments, 
• Confidence working in leadership roles,
• And a clear and active NMC pin, 

This post is for you. 

Working alongside the Days Healthcare Team, you’ll help them to cover:

• All necessary documentation and assessments by the end of shift, 
• Train new nurses on the team, 
• Supervise junior nurses who have joined,
• Review risk assessments and safety reports, 
• Assist with interviews if needed, 

And uphold company policies while doing so!
