My client is a well-established law firm in Twickenham and is currently on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing an existing caseload and establishing a new one for commercial properties,
• Overseeing files from initial instructions to completion.
• Addressing inquiries, resolving title issues accurately, conducting and verifying all searches, and ensuring compliance with mortgage conditions.
• Preparing contracts and supporting documents, verifying official copy documents, ensuring accurate post-completion processes using case management system, handling client billing, and facilitating communication with clients, agents, borrowers, brokers, managers, buyers' solicitors, internal departments, and other relevant parties.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1-year PQE
• Profound legal knowledge in the conveyancing process.
• Experience in handling various transactions, such as transfers of equity, remortgages, bridging, new builds, shared ownership leases, and declarations of trust.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with leasehold properties and corporate clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail while working efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive approach with commercial and financial awareness.
