Finance Assistant to work in their offices in
LeedsFor the successful Finance Assistant our client is offering:
- Salary Negotiable
- Monday to Friday (0845 - 1730)
- Permanent
- Benefits: 23 days annual leave plus public bank holidays, long service increment up to 25 days, Company pension, Employee discount
The role – Finance Assistant:
- Responsible for purchase ledger; posting vendor invoices and expenses
- Check purchase invoices using the SAP system
- Arrange payments through the online banking system
- Process monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist with supplier and vendor onboarding; bank details and processes relating to business trade from a financial perspective
- Liaise with 3rd parties where necessary; HMRC, Auditors, Accountants and company bank representatives
What our client is looking for in a Finance Assistant Role:
- 3 Years experience in an accounts or finance role - ESSENTIAL
- Degree level education - DESIREABLE
- SAP System knowledge - DESIREABLE
- Experience working in industry accounts / finance department - DESIRABLE
