Treasury Transformation Lead Role
- 6 months initially (Outside IR35)
- Hybrid, with the occasional travel into Central London
Investigo are currently seeking an interim treasury transformation lead who will play a key part of our client's finance work streams. A critical focus in this role will be on guaranteeing the implementation of robust Tax compliance and risk management measures, along with effectively managing the liquidity of the group upon separation from other businesses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert input to finalise business requirements for standalone Treasury operations.
- Conduct simulations of existing capabilities for Cash Flow forecasting within Oracle Fusion to identify capabilities and pinpoint process gaps in current technology.
- Assist in managing the RFP selection process for implementing a Treasury management system.
- Take a leading role in the implementation and testing phases of the Treasury Management system.
- Oversee the setup of bank accounts across new entities.
- Streamline bank account rationalisation across existing entities.
- Update bank signatories to align with the standalone organisation.
- Collaborate with the business to determine funding requirements across the organisation post-separation.
- Provide expertise in finalising business requirements for standalone tax compliance services across Direct and Indirect taxes.
- Support the RFP selection process for third-party tax compliance services.
- Coordinate closely with other establishment projects to ensure tax requirements are integrated (e.g., Payroll implementation)
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience in Treasury & Tax.
- Relevant experience in transformation and system implementation.
- Track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project methodologies, frameworks, and approaches.
