Senior Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:
- Design, manage and develop Electrical control systems
- Manage Electrical engineering team and monitor performance
- Generate Customer build Drawings and Specifications
- Collaborate on Product Improvement
- Manage all Technical risks
- Work with Project team on planning / costs
- Participate in regular System Design reviews
- Compliance to Conformity Standards (UKCA/UL/CE)
- Report time & cost impact on any design changes
- Perform Test and Inspections on electrical equipment
Senior Electrical Design Engineer - The Person:
- Electrical/Electronic /Software Engineering degree
- A sound understanding of engineering principles, green energy solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work onsite and in the office
- Capable in the technical design of Electrical Systems
- Experience designing using industry specific software
- Knowledge of PLC based control systems an advantage
Located in West Lothian, this role would be commutable from Edinburgh, Shotts, Bathgate, Livingston, Falkirk and Cumbernauld.
