The Role:
- Attend the initial client meeting to understand the role requirements, company culture and expectations for the search
- Work with senior team members to establish the scope of a search, utilising a variety of databases to build a map of relevant sectors and companies
- Speak to market sources to collect relevant diligence on companies and potential candidates
- Make first contact with prospective candidates, understand their relevancy for a role and engage them in the process by advising them on how the opportunity aligns with their career goals
- Meet with candidates to assess experiential and behavioural fit, through competency-based interviewing, tailored to each search
- Produce the longlist, shortlist, and appraisal documentation for clients
- Be a liaison and trusted adviser to both candidates and the client throughout the process
- Assist the search lead in taking formal references on favoured candidates
Requirements
- A degree with at least a 2:1 (or equivalent)
