Location: Bristol

Salary: GBP35 – GBP60 per hour

• Manage a varied tax portfolio, working closely with senior team members to ensure service excellence is delivered across the portfolio.
• Undertake corporation tax compliance and advisory work.
• Monitor commercial aspects of your assignments, ensuring deadlines and budgets are being met.
• Support junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively problem solve, including complex assignments.
• Deliver sound working knowledge of UK taxation and general accounting regulations.
• Work closely with senior management to report on the progress of your assignments.

As an Interim Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting this firm to meet its client commitments over a defined time period, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional service to their diverse portfolio of clients. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact during the busy tax season.

• Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA) with extensive experience across taxation.
• Proven experience managing a tax portfolio within practice.
• Strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of tax and accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build enhanced relationships.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
