Job description

Mploy are pleased to be working alongside a well-established Mechanical Engineering company based in Fareham. They are seeking Production Operatives to join them within the factory floor. This is a physical and active position where you will be standing for long periods, you will be able to work within a team or alone. If you come from a manufacturing background or metal fabrication then we would like to hear from you.
You will:

- Assemble units, test and package them in an efficient manner.
- Communicate production problems and escalate to team leader as appropriate and needed.
- Ensure the product produced reflects a high level of workmanship and is manufactured to meet customer needs.

The position of Production Operative would suit someone who has previous Manufacturing experience, Experience of working with basic machinery and an understanding of basic engineering principles.

Based in PO14, standard working week is 37.5 hours
Mon-Thurs 7am – 3.30pm
Fri 7am – 12.30pm
Free onsite parking.
Payrate between £13.16PH - £13.43PH to achieve the higher payrate you would need to match all the criteria.
