Job description
A long-established and highly regarded construction group is recruiting a Customer Services Representative to join their London & South-East team.
THE JOB:
Overall, you will play a crucial role in helping residents during the construction phase of projects. This job will involve:
- Visiting on-site and being based in the office to resolve issues
- Drafting letters and emails to arrange access, explain work delays and changes to the scope of a project, and resolve any issues.
- Handling and addressing residents' concerns and complaints through email, phone calls, or in-person visits to their homes.
- Participating in coffee mornings alongside a foreperson to discuss planned construction activities.
- Hours 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally face-to-face
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Valid driving license and comfortable with extensive driving throughout the day.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £24,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience
- 21 days holiday + public holidays
- Pension
A DBS check will be conducted at the company's expense.
