What you will do in your working day

• Maintain and develop existing and new relationships with customers
• Negotiate projects and secure the sale
• Make and undertake calls from customers
• Communicate with other members of the team and other departments
• Organise and file specific paperwork
• Print and distribute internal communication and paperwork
• Set up new customers within the company computer system
• Log and manage conversations within the one diary system

The training you will be getting

Intermediate Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
