Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £24,000 - £26,000 plus Uncapped Commission
Pertemps London are seeking an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary Recruitment division at our offices in Holborn, central London.
Working hours: 08.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday This is an entry level role and you will be provided with all the training and tools required to make a success in the industry. The role will involve:
- Sourcing new business leads and building relationships
- Meeting and exceeding KPI and SLA targets
- Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels and sell our recruitment service
- Attracting and sourcing candidates via adverts, job boards and social media
- Interviewing prospective candidates via telephone, video and in-person
- Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current service
- Ensuring relevant quality processes and checks are adhered to
The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous work experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment
- A confident and engaging communicator with the with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Target driven and able to work towards achievable targets
- Self-motivated team player with great communication skills
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced, fun, progressive and successful environment
- Competent IT user and able to pick up new systems quickly
You will receive:
- Base salary of between £24,000 and £26,000 based on experience
- Uncapped monthly commission and regular incentives
- 24 days annual leave entitlement, plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day each year of service
