The specialist legal recruitment team at SEARCH has been established for over 20 years and has an established offering in Private Practice and In House recruitment. With 20 consultants covering the London and the Southeast we are well placed to benefit from the current market conditions in the legal sector, which we do.

The Private Practice business in the Legal team is very established, working with some of the biggest names in the legal world from US and TOP 20 firms in the City to Regional firms in the Southeast. This delivers lots of jobs coming through from PSL accounts as well as the team creating their own orders through taking candidates to market.

The established Private Practice business is mainly placing lawyers in permanent roles in London and the South East. The team is based between in Brighton and London, with modern offices in both and a brilliant, collaborative team environment to be part of.

This opportunity will see you working in an established private practice team that have open doors for you to walk into to generate work, on top of your own business development efforts. We have a database of over 10,000 lawyers to work against and a great team to be part of.

We are looking for a person with recruitment experience, whether in legal or another specialism, who would describe themselves as a salesperson with an entrepreneurial outlook and a desire to be successful.
