🌟 Job Opportunity: Finance Controller (FC) - Hybrid Working at Cov/Warwick Site 🌟
Are you a dynamic finance professional seeking a challenging leadership role with the flexibility of hybrid working? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Finance Controller to join our team and lead the financial reporting and forecasting efforts for our Cov/Warwick site.
Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing on site finance team.
📊 Financial Support: Provide essential financial information to business heads using various software, supporting decision-making processes.
💼 Operational Oversight: As the finance lead, have authority for sign-off on day-to-day operational items such as stock cleanse, stock count, and inventory movements.
🔒 SOX Controls: Ensure compliance by taking responsibility for SOX controls.
⚖️ Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Sign-off on monthly balance sheet reconciliations and conduct quarterly balance sheet reviews.
💹 Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare quarterly tax reporting to the US, quarterly currency cash forecasts, and collaborate with the shared service centre to enhance process improvements and reporting using available software and automations.
🔍 Audit Leadership: Lead the annual audit process, including effective communication with external auditors.
🔄 Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in processes, reporting, and automation to enhance efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
🎓 Qualifications: Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA with experience in ERP systems.
📈 Experience: Proven experience in month-end processes, including cash forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations.
