Job description
Join a very well-established IT solutions provider as an Accounts Administrator in their growing finance and administration team.
The role office based in Blisworth, to the South-West of Northampton.
Working 20 hours per week, preferably school hours.
THE JOB:
- Deal with customer queries via telephone and email
- Create part numbers and check pricing
- Maintain up to date billing system
- Generate and send out invoices, dealing with customer queries where necessary
- Resolve administrative problems and enquiries
- Assist with processing sales team orders
- Assist with processing of supplier invoices
- Assist with chasing overdue supplier invoices
- Schedule courier collections / deliveries
- Provide administrative and office support
- Assist and support in all functions within the Admin team and the wider business
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ year of general accounting experience
- Experience of credit control
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Ideally, 20 miles or less from Northampton
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £23,000 - £25,000 (pro-rata), equivalent to £12,266 - £13,333 for 20 hours per week
