Job description

We are currently looking for experienced health care assistants to work in our care homes local to you. Phoenix Care Staff is a family run company with the owners having over 30 years’ experience in the care industry, we provide experienced carers to cover shifts within nursing and residential homes.

We will work around you as a priority, provide us with your availability and we will do the rest. Whether you need shifts during the week or the weekend, we will ensure we work around your schedule.

Duties include:
• Using moving and handling equipment
• General housekeeping
• Serving food and helping residents to eat
• Provide personal care – helping residents to wash and dress
• Relieve the anxiety of residents
• Communicate well with other staff and residents
