An Audit Senior is required to join a professional services firm based in North Yorkshire. The role is a permanent position within the Accounting & Finance department, with the core task being to lead and supervise audits.

Description
- Oversee all stages of audit, from planning to reporting
- Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and professional requirements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in business development activities
- Continuously improve audit processes and efficiencies
- Work closely with other departments to provide integrated professional services
Profile
A successful Audit Senior should have:
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent
- Proven experience in an audit role within a professional services firm
- Sound knowledge of audit standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
