Job description

DP World are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our Lutterworth sites based in Magna Park. Working for us as a Warehouse Operative you will be part of our highly experienced dedicated team, servicing our global customer, who is referred to as one of the world’s most valuable brands. This role is available on various shift patterns so please review these below to ensure one of the available patterns suits your requirements. 
 

About the role:
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Use WMS software system to optimise warehouse functionality and distribution
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Use of MHE where relevant (with relevant licence) 
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and house-keeping are maintained
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met, monitored and maintained
• Provide help and assistance to other departments as and when required

Your Key Skills and Requirements
• Proficient warehouse experience and operational knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication / understanding
• Roles may include some heavy lifting 
• Ability to work in a team 

Working Hours
40 per week, plus the opportunity for overtime

Shift patterns available for these positions are:

Lutterworth 1:

Monday to Friday: 15:45-00:15 (2 available positions*)

Monday to Friday: 14:00-22:30/16:00-00:30 (4 available positions*)

Monday to Friday: 16:00-00:30 (2 available positions)

Monday to Friday: 18:00 – 02:30

NB. Allocation of shift pattern is subject to skill set and operational requirement.
