What You'll Do:
- Lead and cultivate client relationships, prioritizing revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Strategize and execute account plans to meet revenue objectives and manage P&L effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators and industry trends, proactively adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain an intuitive account dashboard, serving as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Provide insightful strategic guidance, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business transformation.
What You'll Need:
- Proven track record of success managing strategic accounts, preferably in the secondary electronics industry.
- Demonstrated P&L experience with a minimum of $5M in ARR.
- Expertise in strategic sales and account management, with a keen understanding of industry dynamics, including SaaS and process automation.
- Familiarity with complex sales methodologies and adept negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in an individual contributor role while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
