The Finance Administrator will be an integral part of the Accounting & Finance team responsible for maintaining financial records, processing payments, and providing administrative support.

Description
- Maintain and update financial records regularly
- Process invoices, payments, and refunds promptly and accurately
- Bank reconciliations
- Chasing payments
- Assist in the preparation of financial documentation
- Provide administrative support to the senior finance leader
- Participate in finance-related projects as needed
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Experience working within an accounts function
- Proficiency in Xero accounting system and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Offer
