Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently looking to add a Relief Accommodation Recovery Support Worker to our dynamic mental health team in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Accommodation Recovery Support Workers to join our teams that work across two accommodation bases in Bradford, West Yorkshire (Oakvale and Hilltop) ensuring positive mental health and housing related support in a personalised way to our service users. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and if you are supportive, proactive, responsible, good at motivating people and listening to others then we would like to hear from you. The role of an Accommodation Recovery Support Worker includes visiting service users in their own homes or in other settings and offering practical support to enable them to live independently while also offering emotional support in accordance with their individual support plans. At this vibrant service no two days are the same, for example one day you could be helping a service user to complete housing related tasks; the next day you could be assisting someone to access a day service or set up a direct debit to pay their utility bills. This role does not involve delivering personal care.
