Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic individual to join a busy team specialising in the purchase and sale of farms and estates across Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset. The key attributes we are looking for is someone to build a body of work for themselves and develop further clients and contacts across the South East as well as a team player, happy to help grow, train and develop the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and build body of work to increase Savills market share
• Exceptional client care
• Work with internal and external contacts to source purchasing and sales mandates across the region
• Ability to cross sell Savills services lines to the mutual benefit of clients and Savills
• Responsible for managing and maintaining agency compliance and for organising compliance procedures to ensure 100% pass rate on internal and external audits
• Preparation of pitch documentation and pitch reports in both Word and PowerPoint
• Maintain accurate and up to date diaries for the agency team, book, arrange and undertake viewings where appropriate and arrange travel and hotel bookings
• Arrange and design advertisements for national and local publications
• Organise social events including sourcing venues, negotiating costs and arranging travel for all parties

Key Skills

• Proven track record for buying and selling property
• Ability to start from scratch
• Excellent communicator, both in writing and in person
• Be open and enthusiastic with a positive and engaging attitude
• Capable of using Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous user of Reapit software is a significant advantage
• Agricultural and countryside knowledge is an advantage 

Team Overview  

The team consist of one director and two other fee earners. The successful candidate will be a effective team player with the ability to go and win business. They will know the geography of the south west.
