Job description

We are working with a leading facade glazing subcontractor specializing in commercial projects from their office based in Ilford. They are seeking a talented Facade Estimator with a minimum of 5 years' experience working on a range of facade and building envelope projects to contribute to their continued success in delivering high-quality facade solutions.

As a Facade Estimator, you will play a key role in accurately estimating project costs and preparing bids for commercial facade glazing projects.

The proposed salary for the Facade Estimator is between £45k and £55k, depending on experience.

Requirements of the Facade Estimator:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Facade Estimator, preferably in commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of facade glazing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in estimating software.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
