Service Advisor
Renault, Belfast
Monday to Thursday 8am-5.30pm, Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-1pm (on a rota basis)
Up to £32,000 OTE including basic salary from £22,000-£26,000
Great new opportunity to join a busy service team at Charles Hurst. With 10 brand new models due to be launched over the next 3 years here at Renualt, this couldn't be a more exciting time to be coming on board. Based at Boucher Road, you will be surrounded by support from your peers not only at this dealership but also from the wider Charles Hurst family.
Joining our friendly aftersales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will be reporting into the lovely Glenn, our Service Manager, who will guide and support you. You will also benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development.
This is a truly exciting opportunity with potential for progression opportunities within Charles Hurst! The site will aim to be high ranking in customer satisfaction and require an individual who is passionate about delivering the best customer experience!
As a Service Advisor at our busy dealership, you must have heaps of energy, a warm personality and a real passion for delivering a first class customer experience each and every time. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical information clearly and concise. Previous experience using Kerridge / ADP would be an advantage, as well as having knowledge of other essential dealer systems but full training will be provided.
You will be a great team player but be able to also work independently using your own initiative. We want to hear from you if you have worked in a similar role within the automotive industry, have a customer service or hospitality background and have a passion for cars!
