ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Position : Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location:Welshpool
Salary:£30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Benefits: Company car or allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role:

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Essential Requirements:
Assistant Quantity Surveyor - working towards or already degree qualified.
Minimum 3 years' experience.
Experience of working on projects £500k to £10million in value.
Main contractor background ideally although would consider PQS background.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Desired Requirements:
Ability and experience in managing fast-track projects.
Previous experience working for a main contractor within the build environment.
Experience of client facing work
Experience of running multiple projects without supervision
