Client Relationship Manager

Full-time, Permanent

£33,000 - £38,000

Tide Partnership has partnered with an elderly care provider who is increasing the Client Relationship Manager function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has a proven track record within a sales position. Working closely with the Home Manager you will be responsible for driving the occupancy of the home.

Working with this elderly Care provider you will have the opportunity to learn new sales skills as well as develop relationships with the community. The expectation is to sell the services of the provider to elderly people transitioning between home life and residential life.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote the Provider brand to prospective residents, their families, and friends within the community.
• Be the face of the provider within the home, showcasing the home to potential families who are looking to transition a loved one into residential care.
• Achieve high occupancy rates. Meet and exceed targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Responsible for the Local Marketing of the care home
• Demonstrate a proven and successful track record in consultative Business-to-customer (B2C) sales.

Job Criteria

• A proven experience in a sales environment ideally within the healthcare sector
• Strong networking abilities with a track record of building successful relationships.
• A passion for person-led services and an understanding of co-production principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience using sales CRM platforms
