Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Build Supervisor covering both Trunk, Nodal and Access Network for a major client. Reporting into the Build Manager, your main responsibilities will be validating the network build is in line with the programme and built to a quality standard.

What you'll be doing day to day

Conducting validation of network builds and quality standards.

Regular quality and compliance checks on cable & civils teams.

Identifying solutions on the network to avoid civils and ensure all requirements are met

Providing regular updates to the Build Manager on any issues that could hamper the build i.e wayleave’s, Direct in ground premises and listed buildings

Ensure all A55’s are correctly recorded and uploaded to the Openreach system

Review of necessary documentation on the Openreach system

Compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality Control & Environmental policies

· The experience we're looking for in a candidate

· Full UK driving licence

· A positive and enthusiastic approach to work

· Ability to work efficiently

· Results orientated, whilst maintaining ability to meet strict quality standards

· High level of customer service for both internal and external stakeholders

· Previous Openreach network experience essential including MT003, SA001, SA002, S7, S8, & Streetworks unit 2

· The personal attributes we're looking for in a candidate

· Desire to understand and promote the Company purpose, vision, values and culture

· Trustworthy and ethical approach, exercising discretion where required

Organised, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence

You must hold a minimum of 2 years Driving Experience and hold no more than Six points on your licence
