This is an immediate start position, offering a salary of up to £75,000 for the right candidate.

The Role: The Senior Site Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our housing project in Minehead. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from ground-breaking to handover, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading on-site operations, including coordination of subcontractors, material suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
