WHAT TO EXPECT

Do you have strong administration skills, with an interest or experience in retail and store design/architecture?

As the Retail Environments Coordinator, you’ll deliver a variety of projects related to Jaguar’s retail execution, working with external agencies and partners, and cross-functionally with the Jaguar and Commercial teams as part of our transformation strategy. 

This position requires a skilled professional, preferably with a retail background that can support the development of retail guidelines, concepts, manage suppliers, and demonstrate flexibility in taking on new briefs. Any experience with spatial/interior/architectural design is highly advantageous.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new project to support the re-imagination of Jaguar within a dynamic team.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Support the Brand Store Environments Manager in developing project plans for key workstreams and produce tracking documents and budget reconciliations for the team. 
• Support the Environments team in stakeholder management and admin management.
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure projects deliver against Jaguar’s requirements, budgets and priorities.
• Development of Retail Guidelines for Jaguar Retail Formats and store installations
• Support the prototyping process, writing briefs or engaging with external design professionals for prototype assets.
• Support the store implementation process, managing sample library, specifications and fixture design guides. 
• Support the development and implementation of store visual merchandising.
• Research and analysis of customer needs and retail trends to identify new retail experience opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

As the Retail Environments Coordinator, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• Experience as a coordinator preferable within retail prototyping, testing and supplier relations.
• Track record of managing strategic projects, using Agile methodology.
• Ability to manage budgets, project timelines, and stakeholders.
• Experience in creating project status reports and summary presentations for senior leadership reviews.
• Capable of seeing the 'bigger picture' and thinking strategically.
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. 
• Self-starter with excellent inter-personal and influencing skills, with a pro-active can-do attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Degree/interest in architecture, interior design, or visual merchandising preferred.
• Experience working on retail concept, fit out or implementation projects.
• AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software user.

This role can be based at either London or our Gaydon site, and may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
