Job description

We are seeking a front of house manager with barista skills. If you are full of energy, have a passion for high standards and great coffee and work well in a team, we would love to hear from you! This role involves making speciality coffee for our lovely customers, whilst providing first class customer service. We pride ourselves on our high standards at H’ARTISAN, working hard with lots of fun along the way.
We open seven days a week, closing at 4pm each day so no evening work is required. We always close for two weeks over the Christmas period to give the team a well-earned break. We benefit from a generous tip system which is payable monthly in addition to your salary. You will be responsible for staff training, stock taking, managing shifts, ordering and general duties required as front of house manager including engaging with customers and driving sales. The successful applicant will work together with our operations manager and owners to drive the business forward and maintain our high standards. We will require you to be available for weekend shifts when required.
