Customer Service Administrator – Part Time Location: Sevenoaks Contract: Permanent, 15 hours per week Salary: £9,000 per annum (£22,500 Full Time Equivalent) Shift Times: Shift rotation between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm Benefits: Free staff parking, 33 days annual leave (pro rata), Private Medical Ins, Life Assurance KIMS Hospital is the largest independent hospital in Kent and we are recruiting. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail to join our Sevenoaks Medical Centre as a Customer Service Administrator. Our Sevenoaks Medical Centre team consists of Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers, Physical Therapists and administrators to provide outpatient and diagnostic services to the local community across to a full range of clinical specialties, including orthopaedics, dermatology, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology and more. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Centre in multiple departments including Front of House, Outpatients and Imaging. You will be a strong and efficient administrator who is completely patient focussed, with a desire to contribute to the delivery of healthcare at its very best. This role is ideal for someone who has worked front of house in a high-end hospitality or retail environment. Experience in a health care setting is advantageous but not essential.
