Are you looking for an exciting teaching assistant role within the Bournemouth area?
We are looking for a passionate teaching assistant to work in a lovely, nurturing, and happy school, graded ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted. The school is a two-form mainstream primary school who pride themselves on their strong core values of trust, aspiration, and community.
The school are seeking enthusiastic people who are dedicated to supporting the class teacher to develop a love of learning within the classroom and support the needs of the class so that all pupils can reach their full potential. Successful candidates will have a passion for helping to develop children’s knowledge and understanding and be able to promote the schools’ high standards effectively.
The role would consist of duties to help successfully support the class teacher, such as facilitating small group work, interacting with the pupils to promote engagement and progress, and supporting the needs of the children.
Experience working with children would be beneficial, but this is not essential, as the school would consider applicants with other relevant and helpful experience for the role. The school are looking to appoint a candidate to start in April 2024, however an immediate start would be possible. The role is full-time permanent, however part-time positions could be considered.
If you feel you have the enthusiasm and desire to join this friendly and committed community, and make a positive difference to children’s education, please apply with your CV now.
