Internal Sales/Account Manager
Internal Sales /Account Manager required by a successful electrical wholesaler with multiple branches.
The ideal candidate must have:
Sales experience in the electrical wholesale industry with good product knowledge.
Good communication and negotiation skills
Be self- motivated and driven.
You will be required to communicate, liaise and negotiate both face to face and on the telephone using appropriate methods to ensure the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the key accounts including quotations, progressing and chasing orders and project management.
• Assisting customers both on the telephone and face to face with product information and pricing queries.
• Contact suppliers to negotiate special terms for large one off orders or quotes.
• Maintain and develop existing key accounts through appropriate propositions and sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
• Ensure you deliver excellent personal service either face to face or on the telephone and that you build and maintain successful partnerships with Key Accounts as well as colleagues and suppliers.
Salary depending on experience circa £33k plus bonus.
