Job description

We are currently recruiting for an electro-mechanical field service engineer to cross train as a retail IT and weighing scale engineer to work for an international manufacturer. Customers include supermarket chains, independent butchers and grocers.

The Role: The successful candidate will be required to provide service to a prestigious retail customer base. The tasks and services assigned will be to diagnose, maintain, fix, swap or install IT hardware and similar equipment. Full product training, documentation and support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Experience Required:

• Any electro-mechanical engineering skills are considered as full training is provided e.g. vending, white goods, EPOS, ATM, parking, printer etc
• Have strong IT knowledge
• Reside within the North London area

Working Hours:

• 37.5 hours Monday - Friday
• 1 week in 3 on call including weekends to 10pm - day off in lieu given the following week

The Package

• ££28,163.63 with London weighting = £30,163.63.
• 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
